The design approach prioritized clean spacing, readable typography, and structured content blocks. Each section was carefully prototyped to ensure usability before moving into development.

Custom WordPress Theme Development

Rather than relying on pre-built themes, the website was developed from scratch using a custom WordPress theme. This allowed full control over structure, performance, and flexibility. The backend was built to be lightweight and easy to manage while still supporting dynamic content features. The result is a fast, scalable, and fully controlled digital product.

The interface was designed with a focus on real user behavior rather than just aesthetics. Job seekers and recruiters interact with the platform differently, so each flow was structured accordingly.
